This episode is centred around taking responsibility of you and your feelings. A lot of people try to blame someone else for their situation and how they think and feel about life and their place in it.
Now whilst I accept that at time things happen that are out of our control and can effect how we think and feel, for the majority of us we sometimes overlook the control we have to change how we think by taking responsibility.
In this episode I discuss how I took responsibility for how I think and the impact it has had and encourage you to think about your way of thinking and what you could change.
I know not everyone will agree with this and that's ok, I want to encourage a new thought process and give people an option to change.
